Our Guarantee: At L&T5G, we are committed to crafting organic high protein dog treats made with a few high-quality human grade real ingredients.   We choose our ingredients carefully and source and support local farmers.

If the unthinkable happens and you receive an incorrect order or a damaged package, please send an email with associated pictures to info@lucaandthefivegirls.com within five days of receiving your product. We will simply send you a new shipment. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than an incorrect or damaged shipment.

Shipping:  We do our best to process your order in a timely manner (typically 2-3 business days with the rare exception of longer during peak times). Orders placed Thursday-Sunday or around the holidays may take longer due to processing and USPS/UPS delivery schedules.  

***Please note that USPS and UPS deliveries are affected by COVID-19 and normal delivery windows may experience delays.***

Our orders ship via USPS or UPS.  Your tracking number and delivery service is noted on your confirmation email. If USPS or UPS do NOT deliver to your address, please make a note to us by replying to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.

L&T5G is not responsible for undelivered or returned packages due to invalid addresses.  It is the customers responsibility to type in accurate and deliverable addresses.
